A Rising Tide
In the midst of a culture torn from its moorings and drifting towards destruction, the Church is abandoning its gospel. Like a city under siege, her walls are breached with neglect, her watchmen deserted or oblivious to danger, her gates open to a ravaging army. The winds of secularism whistle through her towers while the acids of accommodation erode her crumbling foundations. Increasing apathy towards theology and doctrine, Biblical illiteracy and spiritual infidelity fuel a waning influence within an increasingly hostile and disinterested culture. In the confusion of battle, many churches have abandoned their message altogether in favor of a gospel more palatable to the world. And while the Church staggers at the edge of the battlefield, the struggle for a nation is being fought and lost.
A storm is coming. . .and the tide is rising.

A Compelling Call
But the Lord is not silent. In response to this tragic condition, a solitary banner waves, torn but defiant—a banner of righteousness.
God is once again calling His people to repentance, and believers throughout the world are responding. The Lord is challenging His people to turn their backs on the applause of His enemies and to rejoin the battle with a passionate zeal for His unchanging, uncompromising gospel of grace. In His leading, Christians are once again re-discovering the riches of their Reformation heritage and the dynamic, transforming power of His Word faithfully lived and powerfully proclaimed.
Christ in Motion shares that vision: to re-awaken a passion for His gospel and to call believers back to a whole-hearted re-commitment to God and His Word. With challenging Biblical teaching, local ministry resources, engaging seminars and conferences and spiritually-intensive discipleship training, we pray the Lord will move to bring renewed life to His body and a re-awakened vision for reaching the world.

“And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?” Ester 4:14

For Such a Time As This. . .
At every turning point of history, God has called a precious few to stand on His behalf, and placed them in divinely-appointed positions “for such a time as this.” We believe that God is once again raising up individuals within His body to stand for His truth—without compromise and without apology.
The time to stand is now.
